We recommend a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Short-notice orders may be accommodated depending on availability.
Full payment is required to confirm all orders. We accept bank transfer, card, and secure online payment.
Changes or cancellations made in advance are accommodated where possible, with terms applied based on notice given.
